About Jay

I grew up in Loudoun County and remember when our landscape was made up of pastoral horse country and gracious farms. As a child I remember playing baseball at J.R.’s Festival Lakes and soccer at J Lupton Middle School. Much of my youth was spent in Loudoun County and I feel privileged to have witnessed the growth we have experienced over the past 30 years.  I grew up in a real estate family and most dinner conversations were focused on Loudoun County real estate, development and growth. Listening to my parents share in their client relationships resonated in me and helped me understand that it was not just a job but a relationship and service industry. That’s when I knew real estate would become a part of my life.

After college I pursued various jobs in sales that were fulfilling but not the type of client connection I was looking for. In the winter of 2004 I made the decision to become a realtor and got licensed in the State of Virginia. After successfully completing the course I immediately jumped into the real estate business. In my eight years of selling real estate I have been able to assist new and existing clients through the ups and downs of the market.

What sets me apart from the competition is loyalty and commitment to my clients. I bring a realistic approach to the needs of both buyers and sellers. My seller goals are to bring the highest value for their investment; in the least amount of time; with the least amount of inconvenience. My buyer goals are to provide them with the most current market information so that they can make the best possible decision on their purchase. My business has been built on strong client relationships and I will always be there to service all needs.  I am in the business of selling real estate – staying on top of market statistics, trends, current marketing strategies, and community happenings are how I stay ahead of the market.
